Started crossfit last week, and they began their Whole30 challenge today, and I decided to join.    Got weighed, pictures taken, and signed up.   Essentially, its an extremely clean diet consisting of fruits, veggies, meat, fish, chicken.   High quality, organic foods, and grass fed beef.    Should be very interesting to see how this goes.   NO sugar, no alcohol and no processed foods.

What I need from my friends and family for this is support.    I may be MIA for awhile as its hard to attend social functions where everyone else is drinking, and Im choosing not to.   This is pretty out of the box for me, so I want to do everything I can to make sure I succeed.   At the end, I hope to have a totally different relationship with food.

The trainer this morning told me that quitting heroin was easier than detoxing from a sugar addiction.   I sure will be fun to be around!!!!!!!!  I hope to just stay employed, married, and have friends during this process!!!!

I look forward to seeing how my body changes and how differently I feel.
