I lost a total of 18.5 inches, and twenty three point 2 pounds!!!!  Thats not a lot when you have 70 more to lose, but its a great start, and in such a short time!!

This is pretty damn exciting.  I said I would give crossfit until Christmas to see if its working out for me, but I think my answer is already here!!!!!   Now to find an extra 100 bucks to get some crossfit shoes!!!
