This is kind of crazy. All this time Ive been beating my head against the wall and still gaining weight, I switch to GF and suddenly, the weight is falling off, I have increased energy, and mood is much better. I keep waiting for a crash, lol.

Ive found there is a struggle to get enough protein, as the convienent GF foods are usually snack type food. Last night I had this fettucine alfredo GF frozen meal from whole foods, and it was delicious. I also steamed some zucchini and had a great dinner. I found myself CRAVING a piece of bread as if it was crack, so I did have a piece of UDI white bread, and found that it satisfied that craving, and wasnt bad at all...

For breakfast today I had organic yogurt and UDI GF granola and cranberries. For lunch? GF pasta and sauce. For dinner I will be making stir fry, with veggies, amino's instead of soy sauce (tastes the same I swear) and basmati rice (GF). Super excited about this, and potential leftovers!!

I have an outing tomorrow night, so I will be bringing GF chips and salsa and GF brownies. Should be interesting!!!

Also found that the dark choc covered powerfruits from Trader Joes are AMAZING!! Also big shout out to Enjoy life brand's boom choco boom dark chocolate bar. Its dairy, nut, soy and GF!!! And tastes awesome!!!

At the end of yesterday I found myself at only 1000 calories for the day, but I had not been hungry all day. This is a mystery to me, and I know not a good level of caloric intake. The struggle is to get more lean organic protein in, and veggies and fruit to balance everything out.

Its such a complete difference; Im not hungry constantly,and have more energy...HMMMM....

Now if I can just figure out what to eat at BW and Chipotle Im good to go, lol!!!
